Tuesday 2 Mar: Sayadieh Samak Dinner
A Lebanese coastal favorite, Sayadieh Samak is a traditional fish and rice dish. Hisham selects and grills a fillet of fresh white fish from the local markets. The rice is prepared with trio of red, orange, and green sweet peppers along with tomato, garlic, onion, and Hisham's baharat spice blend.
Today, we are serving the Sayadieh with an Arabic Salad with Tahini, consisting of chopped lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mint, parsley, and dressed with a tahini dressing.
